Resolve unauthorized works before they become a problem
Unauthorized construction, enclosed semi-outdoor areas, change of use, deviations from the building permit or older interventions can block transfer, parental provision or Electronic Building Identity issuance. We handle site visits, as-built surveys, review of older permits, penalty calculation and Law 4495/2017 declaration submission, with a clear picture of cost before you proceed.

Frequently asked questions
- Must unauthorized works be regularised before sale?
- Yes. For transfer, the property must be planning-compliant and the required file/certificates must be issuable.
- Which documents are needed?
- Usually title deeds, E9 tax declaration, building permit and drawings, previous unauthorized-work declarations and owner details. If drawings are missing, we search records or carry out an as-built survey.
