What is Exoikonomo
Exoikonomo is Greece's main building energy-upgrade programme. It aims to cut energy use, improve energy class and fund works such as insulation, window replacement, heating/cooling upgrade and solar water heaters. Drosopoulos handles the full cycle: initial assessment, technical study, application where required, execution and documented handover.

- Depends on active programme and property type (owner-occupied, rental, etc.). We check eligibility at first contact.
- Can you do part of the works only?
- Yes — we can focus on specific items (e.g. windows or heat pump) or full renovation.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Mainly Thessaloniki, Kalamaria, Halkidiki and selected Northern Greece locations.
