The digital file of your property
The Electronic Building Identity is the complete digital file recording the legal and technical status of a building or independent property. It is required for transfers, donations, parental provisions, unauthorized-work regularisations and new building permits. We handle legality review, document collection, as-built survey, PEA, linkage with unauthorized-work declarations and registration in the TEE information system for the Completeness Certificate.
